Return Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

At DishaMail, customer satisfaction and genuine hardware quality are our utmost priorities. You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your shipment is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must satisfy the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, brand-sealed manufacturer packaging.
• All original accessories, cables, user manuals, driver discs, anti-static shielding bags, and warranty cards must be intact.
• The serial number, UPC barcode, and manufacturer seals must match our internal shipment logs without tampering.
• The item must show no signs of physical abuse, thermal burns, pin damage (e.g. CPU socket pins), liquid spills, or overclocking stress.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival component (e.g., faulty GPU, RAM failure, motherboard BIOS failure):

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dishamail.site or call +91 8859452713.
• Include your Order ID, photographs of the parcel and defective product, and a brief description of the technical issue.
• We will arrange a free reverse pickup and expedited diagnostic verification. If found defective, an immediate replacement or full refund will be processed per your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable unless arrived physically damaged or dead on arrival:

• Consumables that have been unsealed (e.g. thermal pastes, cleaning fluids, thermal pads).
• Software licenses, digital product keys (OS activation keys).
• Custom PC assembly labor charges once assembly work has commenced.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper voltage supply, or physical mishandling.

4. Reverse Pickup & Packaging Guidelines

Once your return authorization is approved, our courier partner will pick up the package from your doorstep. Please ensure the hardware is securely packed in an exterior cardboard box with bubble wrap to prevent in-transit shock.
