• Component prices, taxes, and promotional coupons are subject to change without prior notice based on international tech hardware volatility.
• In the unlikely event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, DishaMail reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
• All product images are for illustrative purposes; exact packaging art or heat-spreader revisions may vary slightly according to brand production batches.

3. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

All brand new computer hardware (Processors, Graphics Cards, RAM modules, NVMe SSDs, Motherboards, Power Supplies) sold on DishaMail carries the official authorized brand warranty valid across official service centers in India.

DishaMail assists customers with invoice copies and authorized dealer proof-of-purchase to ensure smooth warranty claims with manufacturers (such as Intel, AMD, ASUS, Corsair, Samsung, Western Digital, etc.).

4. PC Repair Services & Diagnostics

For computer repair bookings made through our platform:

• Customers are advised to create backups of sensitive personal files before handing over devices for repair or OS installation.
• DishaMail technicians exercise utmost technical care, but we cannot be held liable for pre-existing storage corruption or hardware degradation.
• Repairs carry a 90-Day DishaMail Service Warranty covering the specific labor and replacement components addressed during the service ticket.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DishaMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or improper hardware installation performed without proper ESD anti-static safety.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of District Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.
